We have been staying here on and off as my mother-in-law has had to deal with chemotherapy at the City of Hope facility across the street They go out of their way to accommodate people They know what they're going through and they take away everything that you shouldn't have to worry about while you're already dealing with that

What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.

I had a wonderful stay at Towneplace Suites Goodyear. I was travelling for business and stayed for 2 weeks. The exterior of the hotel was clean and looked well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the room — it was spacious and clean, with lots of storage and a functional kitchenette (though there is no electric kettle in the room). The staff was wonderful. I loved the mini shop near the front desk, and the all-day coffee station. The breakfast spread was simple but sufficient. The small gym and coin laundry made things convenient for a longer stay. I enjoyed my stay!

This three-star hotel felt more like a five-star experience from the moment I arrived. The service was phenomenal—every staff member went above and beyond with genuine warmth. Thank you to Ryan he helped make our time excellent making sure we were taken care of. The continental breakfast was delicious, fresh, and far better than expected. With top-notch amenities, a convenient kitchenette, and a stunning view, it offered everything I needed and more. Most importantly, the atmosphere made me feel like part of the family, not just a guest.

This is a new hotel. It looks pretty and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The room was dark with windows covered and cool with great AC for sleeping. All of that is a super plus. However- who builds a brand new hotel.litetally on the same street as City of Hope with NO accessible doors? What happened designers? Single entry doors to the building. No automatic anything. Heavy glass doors. And a narrow double entry lined with luggage carts. Luggage carts are indeed awesome. But a handicapped person has to pull a heavy door outward. Get past it. Then turn around and pull it closed. Then repeat ten feet later. Who designed this building?? If you are in a wheelchair, use a cane, use a walker- this is not your hotel. Which is sad. It's walking distance to City of Hope. The around the clock drinks are awesome. Coffee, tea, lemon water. The hotel is clean. The parking in easy and free. The products in the bathroom are not Marriott leaves. Bring your own. Our bath gel fell off the wall. I'm so disappointed in the accessibility. It ruins the relief of arriving when one has to struggle to simply get inside.

Great hotel with bigger than average rooms with kitchenettes. Clean, quiet, and priced right. Plus it’s very close to the Cardinals stadium and the Phoenix Speedway. Highly recommend!

Quiet, clean and reasonable price. Full kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time. Pet friendly.

It is very clean! The customer service is impeccable top tier amazing staff!! Long term stay for me and I can't say enough wonderful things!! There is a little kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher so you don't have to eat out all the time!
